Getting Started with RainMakerz

Set up your RainMakerz account, configure your workspace, and create your first AI-generated investment analysis in under 15 minutes.


Create Your Account

Sign up at rainmakerz.ai with your work email. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately with full access to all features.

Set Up Your Workspace

Team Configuration

Invite team members via the Settings > Team page. Assign roles: Admin (full access), Analyst (can create and edit), or Viewer (read-only). Each team member gets their own API key for programmatic access.

Data Room Setup

Create your first data room by clicking New Project. Upload documents via drag-and-drop — RainMakerz supports PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and image files. The AI will automatically extract and structure the contents within minutes.

Your First Analysis

Once documents are processed, ask the AI chatbot a question about your data room. For example: "Summarize the key financial metrics from the last 3 years of financial statements." The response will include specific numbers with citations linking back to the source documents.

Generate Your First Deliverable

Navigate to Generate > IC Memo and select the data room. Choose a template, customize the sections, and click Generate. RainMakerz produces a polished document with every data point cited to its source. Export as PDF or publish as a secure web page with embedded chatbot.
